Every Friday night/Saturday morning at midnight eastern time the show is live. if midnight comes and they aren't on-air yet, just wait around and they will be on soon enough. In fact, just call in around 1am Saturday morning and you'll most likely catch them in the middle of a show.

Better yet, you've got nothing better to do today. Stick around the site and wait for the ON AIR banner to show up at the top of the page. When that light goes on, call in.
