snwlover79 Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: Southern California Posts: 222	Philadelphia Parking Authority I have become obsessed with the show parking wars. I am currently on season 2 on netflix. My only knowledge of Philadelphia is from Rocky, it's always sunny in Philadelphia and this show parking wars. Living in California, and not having to deal with parking problems like this, I was wondering if people in philadelphia really hate the PPA as much as the show portrays. To me it seems like driving and parking in Philadelphia is a nightmare. Is it really that bad?
