The Official Share Your Food Creations Thread

So what's for dinner tonight? Or breakfast, or lunch.

Opening a can or a tv dinner doesn't count.

Share your creative adventures with food. We all gotta eat.

I tend to be more of a Rachael Ray style, I can't be bothered with measurements, so I just play with what I have.

Tonight, I made curried spaghetti.
In a skillet, olive oil, curry, cumin, garlic, garlic chunks, green onions, chilis, squeeze of lemon, parm and bread crumbs as the the pasta cooked.

Drained and tossed the curry sauce with the pasta, and in the same skillet as the sauce cooked in, I toasted apple chunks in the remnants, and garnished the top.

I'm with Rhian when I cook I don't measure at all. Today with kabobs I made a fruit salsa. Cut up tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, pineapple, and peaches(or any other preferred/seasonal fruit). Then I add a mixture of lime juice, lime zest and honey that is mixed so it's tart but not bitter. Mix it all together and let it sit for a while. I love it with meat, especially pork.
