Old shows?

Ive been listening to the old shows everyday ive gotten up to 240 or so, now the feed changes and I can't seem to get em.

Tried downloading from Lybsyn directly and the pages just time out. Once it actually started to download but took almost an hour to get half a show and I gave up.

The old shows don't appear to be on Talkshoe, or am I missing something?

If i'm missing the obvious please make fun of me all you want, just point to where the shows are. I require atleast 12 hours a day of shows and NPR and Free talk live are gonna make me slice my wrists open.

what were you listening/downloading with before. (app/computer/do you own it or is it your skools)

I think they are looking at getting the old shows moved over to the new feed.

I've got the same problem! I had been listening to all the shows backwards from the latest for a few months now but about a week before I started listening from show #1, the feed changes. I can download the old episodes without too much trouble from lybsyn but then I have to add them manually to my itunes library and they don't show up in the order they were released on my ipod and I don't get that handy listened-to/ain't-listened-to tracking like I do with podcasts.

The old shows are being efforted to the new servers. You can still download the old shows manually from:

Hello, I've been listening for a while but always just from my computer through the ipod player on the main page. I'd like to try downloading the new and older shows to my, not ipod, mp3 player. Is there a way I can automatically download all the shows or do I have to go through the libsyn link and do a "save target as" for each show that I want? I'm not very computer savy so please don't make fun of my if this is a simple thing to do.

send in a donation and they will send you the password to the server with the old shows.

- Download freedownloadmanager from here (link on top rightish that says "FDM ver. 2.1 (1641 Kb, setup) DOWNLOAD")
- Install it. I'd untick the box that says "start every time my PC starts" when you install it
- Download this list of shows from here and save it on your desktop
- Open freedownloadmanager
- Click FILE > IMPORT > IMPORT LIST OF DOWNLOADS from the menu
- Browse and find the list of shows file you put on the desktop and open it
- It'll start downloading all shows

It puts them in C:\Downloads by default. Change the location in the OPTIONS if you don't want that
If you want to stop them all downloading, click the stop button (CTRL and A to select them all first)
All shows combined are around 20GB so you need that much space on your hard drive
