Pho-ck you!

It's 6am, and I've been hit with an insatiable craving for a bowl of that ever so satisfying broth. Just wondering if there are any other pho-natics in the KATG clan, and maybe talk about you favorite bowls or anything pho related.

Lame? Maybe, but delicious? Absolutely.

Despite the fact that I know that it's pronounced that way, and that all of those clever restaurant names wouldn't make sense otherwise, Anthony Bourdain said it "foe" the first time I learned about it, and now I'm brainwashed.

I've always known it as "Fuh", but we have a fairly large Vietnamese culture here so it is hard to get it wrong.

That's my latest entry in the growing list of go-to comfort foods. I loves me some Pho. There's a Vietnamese noodle place in Nashua that kicks much ass.

I've never tried it, but I think I might have to. I've gotten more and more into Asian food lately, especially Thai. I go for a massive dose of Kang Kai chicken about once every two weeks now.

That looks yummy and the link found a pho restaurant in my neighborhood! Never been there, never had pho but now it's on my list for sure!
