I'm not much of a cook, but I think this is something I could pull off!
This wouldn't have worked with raw sausage, because once you cut into the casing it just mushes out all over. I bought the sausage already cooked. We were browning it with some garlic and onions for another purpose, but then the bread we were going to eat it with turned out moldy, so I whipped up the biscuit batter, put the sausage in and baked them for about 10-15mins. In the future, I wouldn't have cooked them in the pan beforehand, the skin was pretty tough from overcooking.

This was my first ever attempt at poaching an egg. The water caught boil and I lost 1/3 of it, but the rest came out cooked just right. Underneath is a thin cut ribeye steak. I had the butcher cut me some thin at about 2.5oz each for breakfast steaks. I let it marinate in worcestershire last night.

1/2 NY chopped salad from Johhny's on Wilshire. Their salad dressing is the best.

Being a broke and unemployed college student, living off my financial aid check until I can find a job....for the past almost month, I've been living off the cheapest, microwaveable food I can find that still at least tastes like "food"...
cause in general I hate microwaveable food.

I just finished this for lunch:
