I think he is trying to work the German = sausage meat angle here

For me this is just how asparagus is meant to be eaten - with some Hollandaise and ham and of course white wine though actually that is what the empty glass was for but I hadn't finished the Prosecco yet
BTW the ham on the left is actually cured/smoked

So thoughts about my Christmas dinner plate? That's deer in case you were wondering.

Looks good! I love the way you did the top crust. I wonder how cute it would look with a bunch of little cut-out hearts for V-day. Hmmm...

Back when I was living on campus, I thought the main reason I didn't cook was because I didn't have a kitchen....but nope...it's the time/having to wash the dishes/and cost of cooking meals.

So I rarely cook still, and when I do it's my usual concoction (which I call the JLP, in honor of the coolest captain in Starfleet history) a combination of angel hair spaghetti in tomato-alfredo sauce and sweet & spicy ground turkey.

But tonight I decided to try some Pad Thai, and while it's far from perfect/authentic...I think I did a pretty good job for my first try.
