Podcast Regulation?

Do you think there will ever be rules and regulations for podcasts? I believe there is no rules right now. Correct me if I am wrong.

If so, who would regulate this new format? FCC?

Podcasts are becoming more popular and have started to create revenue through ads and VIP options. Will this turn government heads eventually?

I sure hope not. KATG would not be as fun if it was censored in my opinion.

If money is to be made, you can be sure the government will try to hone in and get their cut. So in my opinion it's just a matter of time.
