Post your kitchen/cullinary gadgets

Yep, inspired by a Jeremy post. Post pics of your implements of cullinary destruction. (+10 to anyone who gets that reference)

I should probably just award motownguy the +10 in advance.

Ha! I knew it. Yeah, I'll have to wait until I get home to take pics and post. If I don't forget.

I was a Pampered Chef consultant for a few months so I have a few gadgets in my kitchen. I like my chopper. And my ultra sharp knife!!!

But what I really love, besides my "fajita pan" is pretty much anything Alton Brown features on his show Good Eats.

It, for some reason, doesn't surprise me that you are an AB fan. He's my favorite on Food network, both on his show and Iron Chef America (kinda disappointed they didn't make him one). And that trip across america on the motorcycles, that was great!!

My pampered chef consultant quit PC due to some of their policy issues. I've been wanting to find another, but there don't seem to be many. I love tool thingie turnabout? or something. And the cutting boards with the pad that keeps it from sliding. Their stuff is as if it were designed by actual chefs.

@ Grapefists: It is designed by chefs! That's why I love the products! I went inactive because my last show is just now resolved... and the show was August 2nd. If I can't get products for the consumers in a DECENT amout of time, I don't want to be part of it.

And my cutting board has many love slashes in it. From a knife. When I cut my food. Yes.

But if this Paul McCartney crush I've had since high school ends soon, AB is my next in line. Savin my eggs for him.

Have you tried making popcorn the way he does (stainless mixing bowl, tongs, kernels, salt, oil, and foil!)? It's SOOOOO good!

My consultant quit just before I was able to make a may order (the month where they offer the pink cutting boards to support Breast Cancer).

Yep, I've tried lots of his methods of doing stuff. I would love to make a smoker to smoke my own bacon like he did in that one episode.

I like Trident Wustoff. At least they are actual knives and not straight edges like those death machines. I nick myself every now and again (when drinking and cooking), wouldn't want to lob off a finger. Plus, I think they are fugly.
