I don't know what Salmon Saltimbocca is. I guess I'm bad at this game. California rolls are nice though. Not my favorite sushi, but still good.

You decide: broil it, make a lovely Vietnamese soup with it, make saltimbocca (pan fried in olive oil with fresh sage and pancetta), just make lox, the options are endless - but those are the top 4 in this house.
