Germany has a modified Proportional Representation (PR) system. 5% minimum for a party to get a seat. Not perfect, but not the worst.

Great Britain uses First Past the Post (FPP), not really a fair representation of the votes cast, just as in the States.

Who agrees with you? What?

PR means public relations here, in the States. Your sentence means fuck all to me, a non Germenglishstani...? What the fuck are you?

Well, the States uses LPP ('lete Point Process) which is totally fair, we all know what FPP and LPP are, right?

<Big Pause>

Really? Really?

Are you going to make the point that I was too 'Amerocentric' by throwing out acronyms? That my Ecuadorian hermanos would be like, totally, "Que?" Fucking Europeans, thank gtd we have a Monroe doctrine.

{Side note: the Ecuadorian who takes offense to this rant: Can I date your sister?}

Man, same reason there is a Monroe Doctrine.

You want:
1 the sugar
2 the power
3 the women

And yet, you are all...how do you say this? Gay? Liking the men, while you are men?

Dude you live in Detroit and are Anti Gun control 'splain please.

I am pro-choice pro gay marriage/partnerships and generally pro gun control. I support things like registration, licensing and no AK-47's for 'Hunting' what has Obama said with proof (not Fox News) that scares you on his Gun control stance.

It's also an acronym for Proportional Representation in the States.
