well, she was a preemie, but not by very much. the bigger issue was a really rare birth defect that she was born with called hydrops. they didn't expect her to live more than a couple of days, (babies with that condition normally don't) but she lived a month and a half. so that was our horrible ordeal that seemed endless.

I had two miscarriages and was completely devastated, I can't imagine the heart break...

thanks, guys. it was very horrible. we all were changed for life (i have two older kids and they didn't take it very well and she was my husband's first child so that was pretty rough too). (((hugs))) to you also, campy
