Learn the difference between THEN and THAN

They are TOTALLY different words, you can't use them interchangeably just because they SOUND SIMILAR.

Then = soon afterward (We went for a walk, then we had lunch)

Than = used in comparison (She is fatter than me) NOT she is fatter THEN me.

Saying "Push the envelope of Web 2.0/3.0" only illustrates how fucking clueless you are. Furthermore don't act like it's some sort of great honour for designers to work with your developers. It's not, and never will be.
