songs that everyone can sing to...

im looking for songs that everyone knows. post your "one hit wonders" from the 80's, 90's or whenever. add some lyrics if you can find them... help to remember

im gonna start off with

artist "mc lyte"
song "cold rock a party"

here some lyrics...

Code:
I rock the party that rocks the body
You rock the party that rocks the body
I rock the party that rocks the body
You rock the party that rocks the bodySo what's your status?
I be the baddest
B to hit the scene since the gangsta lean
I'm all ears
So what you got to say
I hope you bubbling it baby
Now bubbling it my way
Let it rain
Ain't no sword up in the game
Still want you the same
Ain't a thing changed
Instead of knocking boots
We be kicking down Gore-Tex
Except it ain't raw sex
Roughnecks
Throw your hands in the air
Lemme hear you say, Oh Yeah
Trust you me I blow up shop
About to blow the roof right off of hip hop

Every man should know this song

Code:
Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive

So many times, it happens too fast
You change your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive

Chorus:
It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge of our rivals
And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night
And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger

Face to face, out in the heat
Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry
They stack the odds 'til we take to the street
For we kill with the skill to survive

chorus

Risin' up, straight to the top
Have the guts, got the glory
Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop
Just a man and his will to survive

chorus

The eye of the tiger (repeats out)...

Never heard of it either. EDIT: Mikhail's one...

My favourite has long been Street Tough (or maybe Tuff) by the Rebel MC:

"So you hear me, and you wonder, is he a Yankee no I'm a Londoner"

Genius
