I've been running interval training style for some time now.
And after a mile I feel like I'm gonna collapse and my legs feel like rubber. Before when I was running regularly a mile only felt like a warmup. Any ideas as to what may be wrong? I push myself to do at least 2 miles, jump rope for 10 minutes, and then do 200 crunches. It's torturee ![]() Hows everyone else? |

But I've got these new awesome muscles and I'm in so much better shape. I always do my cool downs and stretches and I always eat right after. And my favorite feeling in the world is taking a hot shower after exercise! ![]() Exercise makes me feel happy. |

Yeah I have, not a big fan of most of them.
lol, my class is so wierd. There are these 2 Indian boys, the dress EXACTLY the same every day, as in they have different clothes, they just wear the same as each other everyday. They're also creepy as fuck.
