Optus sucks with estimating time. This isn't as bad as yours but when I activated a prepaid SIM the 30 minute waiting time took several hours. Can you use your phone now or do you have to wait?

I can use my phone but it's still with Virgin who offer nothing on their prepaid plans... no browsing, no email, just calls/text and free use of their gay WAP site.

It's pissing me off because i need my phone for email when i'm not at work (i'm one of the few that still has no home internet connection).

I think last night was the quietest this thread has been since it was started.

Why only 3 hours? I've been at work for the last 14 hours so 3 hours sleep sounds pretty decent to me.
