Eh, it's the holidays it's not like we have school. Just a pile of homework one foot high.

drinking age is 21 here. but most teens do drink before. i dont though, dont like the smell : / but yeah for us you cant have anyone under the age of 21 in the car while you're driving unless someone over the age of 25 that has a license is in the car. so weird!

ugh, dont even want to begin thinking about all the hw i have. plus our semester finals are 1 week after we come back from winter break

I think so? But then again, I can't name all 50 states.

I used to be able to! And all the countries in Europe and label all the countries in the Carribean if I had a list of names and a map. I'm picking up Geog again for yr12

well im guessing you meant to put "what are..."

but they're one big test that you take in each class you're taking at the mid-point through the year of everything you've learned so far. so its basically a cumulative exam for each subject. each teacher usually makes their own so difficulty ranges depending on your teacher. we take 2 a day during "finals week" they're about 2.5 hours each

Good onya. I did normal Geography in year 10, but a class isn't running in year 11 that isn't the accelerated course that you needed to do in year 10, which I didn't do. Boo.

I meant are what you call finals the same thing as what we call exams. But wow 2 a day for a week! That is insane. My school has your 6 subjects spread out over 6 days. Some people have 2 in a day but not for the whole week! In year 12 end of year exams go for 3 weeks in my state. Mid-years go for 3 days but I think only 5 subjects have mid-years
