tequilla / video conversion

So, having problems with the following:

1. 16 year old daughter that discovered tequilla last night. I called the police and had them scare the holy hell out of her and it was so much fun to watch. The punishments and the talking have only begun so those of you with experience in this, I'd like to hear what works and doesn't work. And no it wasn't Coconut that gave it to her.

2. I want to convert Show 300 to MOV -> WMV so I can watch it at work where I can't watch most file types. I tried Digital Media Converter 2.5 and it worked for the trailer but aborts on the live show.
