Thoughts On the New Homepage

I'm not going to bother reading through the 100 posts before mine, but I'm sure the majority of it is brown-nosed bitches being excited about the new look. I think it sucks. It's ugly, bland, and looks like every other webpage out there. At least the last one was interesting. And if people couldn't figure out how to find the live show on it, or the store, or whatever, then they're fucking idiots and shouldn't be using the world wide web in the first place.

put the chat on the front page as a button, since it is not just for live shows anymore, that way more can access it and become involved.

I'm trying to not go overboard with too many links all over the place but the chat does need more predominate placement. I've added it to myspace, extra shite and a couple of other places. I'm playing with some other ideas.

Not reading the 100 other posts before yours was a good idea. You totally nailed it with your comment and i'm going to redo the whole site. Check back tomorrow for the new version.

I think it's kind of strange how "Extra Shite" and "Tattoos" come up on the menu before "The Hosts", which I would think you'd want people to see first.

The Hosts is dry, boring and something people will seek out if they want to read. Tattoos sound more exciting and builds on the buzz.

You may not have noticed but I've been playing with the order anyway. Some will move up, others down.

Like those before me, I don't have time to read all the posts. However I was curious as to plans with the rss feed? I just noticed it is there, however it doesn't work to view individual threads. Thanks!
