web application RFP release

Hi all,

I work for an environmental non-profit and we are looking to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) to develop a web application. Any one have recommendations for a website/forum/email listserv to post the RFP?

Preference is for someone local to south east Michigan, or at least somewhere in the mid-west/Great Lakes region, so it would be good if there was even a more regional website/forums/etc. where we could promote the RFP.

What kind of work are you looking for?

hmmm... can't really discuss too many details before the RFP is released, but essentially we are looking for a data visualization tool that is customized for recreational boaters.

Not sure about places to post it beyond the standards like Elance and Guru.

However I am based out of South East MI and would love to hear what you're interested in doing. NDAs and so forth are something I'm ok with.
