When I try going to the forums on my work computer it says: you can't come in now, you know what you did wrong.

I would guess someone in your company has a virus that turns their machine into a zombie-spammer, so Keith just IP-blocked you. Alternatively, someone at your work is a real asshole and managed to get banned (and I have no idea what it takes to get banned on KATG).
