Decided to give New Vegas a try.

I didn't sleep last night...

I read some reviews that said this Fallout wasn't as engaging as Fallout 3 because it doesn't seem like there's a purpose as grand as "where's your father/save the world", but I disagree. The side quests are actually entertaining this time, and having the different factions is kinda neat.

Definitely something I will be hooked on for the near future.

i hear you on that. but like i said, it's what is expected from Treyarch. i'm more of an Infinity Ward fan myself as well.

awesome little factoid: played the campaign on regular difficulty and watched the cutscenes, took about 7 hours to beat. then played on hardened difficulty, (which is about 5 times harder than regular) and skipped the cutscenes, took less than 4 hours.
THE MOTHERFUCKING CUTSCENES ARE JUST AS LONG AS THE WHOLE DAMN PLAYABLE CAMPAIGN
haha

Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is awesome. It cranks the awesomeness and addictiveness of the first one by 10. Eating dozens of ghosts at a time is extremely and weirdly satisfying.

I downloaded Genesis AD tonight and it's quite fun. Very good for a free FPS.

I'm playing new Vegas and it only let's me play for an hour or so before it starts freezing Ive tried a bunch of fixes including their patch but it still happens. I love the game but hate that they can't fix the issue. I was wondering if any of you have this problem.

Ps3. Shuvelhead

You're playing on PS3? If so, I can't help you. I know I was having a lot of trouble on PC until I installed the third patch, and since then things have been pretty smooth. Sometimes the game will lock up completely -- like maybe once every 3 or 4 hours, but I just try to quicksave constantly, and it usually isn't too big of a problem.
