Bought my husband Fallout 3 for Christmas. He was playing it and our 360 red ringed on him. He was a bit pissed. Finally got a new one this weekend. Forgot how much I like playing it. Right now addicted to Puzzle Quest and Uno Rush. I like the arcade games best. But LOVE watching Fallout 3. It's kinda gross but I can't seem to stop watching heads roll backwards when they are forced off their bodies!!

Well, Fawkes can't be killed by radiation. I don't really wanna say much more, though those who haven't finished the main quest aren't missing a damn thing.

By the way, I bought Streets of Rage 2 when I was like 8 years old and literally beat it within the hour. Granted I hadn't beaten it on the hardest difficult yet, but I don't ever remember really complaining about that game's replay value like I might today, even though I bought it and completed it on the day it came out.

BioShock is terrific - a smart, atmospheric shooter with rpg elements set in a stunning undersea fallen utopia. BioShock 2 isn't out, but it's coming and it's might be good, maybe.

Bioshock is one of the best games I've played in years, fantastic atmosphere.

Took your suggestions and got Dreamfall.

It's a pretty cool game. The controls are a little wonky, but not bad overall.

It's taken over from RE5 and L4D, so at least I can take a break from killing zombies for a while.

That's Half Life 2, it's two additional episodes (arguably the definite statement in the linear single player FPS), the fantastic multiplayer game Team Fortress 2 (multiplayer Tex Avary cartoon where dying is often ever more fun than winning) and, of course, Portal (mind bending and worth the price on it's own).
