Same, if even just for closure, I mean the first two were a pretty standard revenge story plot not something to far away from a jet lee movie or something (i.e the whole tracking down a fathers killer kicking ass along the way) right up until the last 5 minutes of the last disc where there is a mystical floating sword? I mean what were they planning for the next game, from the old shenmue online trailers (supposedly it was being made in place of a shenmue 3) the had a lot of mystical shit planned, that seemed kinda retarded but its better than never knowing.Seems less and less like we will ever know what with the creator stepping down to more of a advisory position.

Another game I would love to see more of is Jet Set Radio, a while ago a third party developer tried to get a game in the works, there was even some nice concept work but it never happened in the end.

Duke Nukem is another game that keeps surfacing in rumours now and again but duke nukem forever (and bear with me on the pun) and been delayed forever, there have been one or two new leaked screen shots though teh developers are allready launching one biggish game and have said that they do not plan show off duke nukem so I can't see it happening at E3 or anything.

I would love to hear word on another KotoR game, TSL was fun but un finished and unpolished hopefully that restoration mod is finished someday and I can play all the missing content that will help make it as good as the first.

3D Realms recently got rid of the entire Duke Nukem Forever team. Apparently they're still working on Duke stuff, but I doubt we'll ever see DNF as was. There was some interesting stuff in an animator's showreel, but I think the most we'll see of that will be if they reuse some concepts in another Duke game - hopefully one that's not as dramatically mismanaged as DNF.

As for KOTOR, there's an Old Republic MMO coming out at some point that we may see more of this week.

Yea there were alot of really good games on it like skies of arcadia and shenmue 1+2 as well as some cult classics I would like to see another game of (if even just on XBLA or PSN) like space channel 5.

There are also rumours of a slim line PS3, there were some "leaked" pics from japan, if its fake its a decent fake but the fact sony has slapped C&D orders on anyone posting on the bigger blogs about it it lends some creditability, kinda hard to see how they can cut it down so radically and china are experts at the fakes.

The metal gear solic pictures look pretty good, from what I have read various places it something called "MGS4 + Oxide" I am gonna assume that its is something along the lines of "MGS2 substance", i.e. the game but with added content, this makes me pretty happy because I don't have my own PS£ so couldn't play it when it was first out.
The MGS announcement is also rumoured to be Xbox's big announcement so I am going to take a guess that the "Oxide" part of the name might actually be a decent ammount of extra content, I would guess and maby some big boss content looking at the age of snake in the pictures and the uniform he is wearing, but that is complete speculation on my part. (and some wishful thinking, I want some more 60's snake and there are like 7 years between MGS 3 and foxhound being started and then another many years before the evens of the first metal gear games, I'm sure SOMETHING interesting must have happened in that time.)

Apparently sega has no big announcements lined up which is disappointing especially since the fanboy shit storms over sega renewing there patent on the VMU concept used in the dreamcast a while ago.

Xbox and sony are lined up to release motion controllers a la the wii, I know both have been looking into it and there are some patents and concept work floating about, I'm not 100% sure if both will reveal at E3 but I'm pretty sure one of them will. Xboxs version is going to be a camera, not too sure about sony, probably and expansion on the 6 axis concept

That seems to be the opinion everywhere, I have never met a person who played shenmue and disliked it, anyone who played it seemed to love it, I don't see why sega don't just do it the game has a practically cult like status, although for how much it was loved the games were actually kinda a flop financially and there is really no way to live up to the hype... but still I want to see the story finished.

Interestingly, the PSP Go! packaging fits the same style as the PS3 Slim box, so it's probably real.

Yea thats what I was reading, the newer style PS3 logo is there and any box art visable also look pretty real, just seems weird that they can allready shrink it down that much, from what I can make out its like a quarter of the thickness, hopefully it is true so the think ones will get alot cheaper, sony has allready announced an upcoming price cut off the retail price.
