Im going to be starting the ODST campaign tomorrow after work and will be doing tons of fireifight over the weekend.
Drop me a line if you wanna join me. Just started Batman, I agree it is awesome. Reminds me of What I loved about Splinter Cell, Bioshock, Metroid Prime, and Prince of Persia all wraped up in a nice Batman design package with the joker as the ribbon. Not sure how much time I will spend on it, I will at least beat the main story and probably return it to my friend as soon as DLC is released on Xbox 360. I think im about to start a spell of loads of Online gaming with ODST, NHL10, and COD MW2. Possibly even borderlands. Then maybe return to Batman AA next summer when gaming dies down a bit. |

I started playing Team Fortress 2 again last week after a year or more of not playing it because my computer wasn't up to it, and damn I'm addicted! Forcing myself to do some homework now before I go play for the rest of the afternoon!

Im very impressed with ODST. Started the campaign on Heroic (solo) and its intense and challenging in a fun way.
Firefight will be the death of me and my free time. Played a solo match on easy AWESOME!! played a 4 player co-op on Normal and even more awesome. IMO, worth 60 bucks. |

I've been playing ODST and NHL10 I'm enjoying both. However did anyone pre order ODST and not get the code to unlock Johnson for firefight? They told me when I picked mine up that they didn't have anymore. I picked it up yesterday, I know that it's two days after the release date, but I wouldn't have pre ordered it if I didn't think I was getting the code.

Recently played the single player of COD4 because I'd only seen it played by someone else before. When I say 'played' I mean 'finished' because it's about five minutes long.
I liked it fine but it's really just a very old fashioned FPS with new/current technology sprinkled on top. I think the most annoying thing about it was realising that I wasn't trying to defeat my enemies but trying to get past the checkpoints that stop them from infinitely spawning out of a tiny shed. Having said that, it did have some nice surprises and I liked how pretty much every mission is about them screwing up.

When i played it, i was floored by it. It wasnt the technology, or the innovative gameplay. What puts COD4 on a level different than the others is the dramatic power of some sequences. I think i've never felt torn apart like after that damn nuke scene.
