I recently finished Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Phillip K Dick. I'm about 50 years behind, but I really liked it. Thought it was much better than Blade Runner.

If you like Philip K Dick, check out Gun, With Occassional Music by Jonathan Lethem. You’ll love it.

Philip K Dick’s Valis Trilogy has been mentioned quite a bit lately on Last Podcast On the Left, and it’s in my library queue.
