Well I keep myself hydrated....anyway I've been doing it for a few days currently and I do feel thinner. I think the feeling of it is what counts, for me.

I was legit anorexic in high school. Trust me, what I do now is not real anorexia, just reminiscent of the behaviors involved with it. But it isn't nearly extreme enough to be considered a true reflection of the disease.

It's not a reflection of the disease, it's a manifestation of it. Not trying to call you out, but in my experience eating disorders don't disappear, they just mutate.

Alcohol, the occasional bowl and a few pain pills every now and then. I have been smoking a bit more lately because of working 10 hour shifts and standing all through them so by the end of the day I just feel the need for a ciggy to relax a bit.
But I would say alcohol is my vice cuz I drink when I am bored, reading novels, playing video games or just watching movies. I am too much of a cheap bastard to maintain any kind of drug habit.
