im pretty sure paypal users on ebay have some sort of protection up for to 2000 dollars though it might just be for the buyers. if u use paypal wait for the money to clear then u can ship it. paypal's extremely safe and it takes measures to protect both parties in a transaction. so just use paypal, oh plus cause you using ebay i think u might have some additional protection from it as well. thousands of people sell electronics on ebay, if u want u can just scroll through the products of an uber seller or w/e and see how they sell their goods and just copy their conditions for payment, its a pretty standard procedure that should cover you.

problem with ebay and paypal you need to stay ontop of it. A buyer can make a complaint later on and if you dont check you ebay account the sale can be reversed then paypal account will be charged and then you get nice notices sayin your overdrawn and account is frozen etc.. this is how i lost my ebay account I sold a bunch of shit then moved had no internets for aboot 2 months and durin that time some guy started a dispute and one cause i wasnt around.

I'm not sure if it's allowed, so if this is against the forums rules, admins please delete this post (My original intention for this thread was to ask where to sell it, not try to sell it on the forums.):
http://dwarrior.googlepages.com/mylaptop I'm looking to get $800 for it. |
