Dear Lord,
Help us to understand not only your gifts, but accept our tribulations the same. Sometimes we may feel that we are just digging holes in despair or collecting buckets of rocks and bearing that weight on our shoulders.
Permit us to learn from our burdens and know that it is your love for us that allows us to persevere. When we fail to have faith in your ways, teach us to be sorry for that of which we are to be sorry for.
In Jesus name we pray.
