Great show
Great show! I'd have to say "no" to your poll except I like when K and Ch have comedians argue. Normal people arguing in public, NO. Maybe third answer, "Only if they're funny."

Couples fighting in public is always fun. Just make sure I can hear you both.

I'm probably going to get shit for saying this:
BUT... I found this show hard to listen to. It's been a while since I listened to back episodes, but the guests reminded me of Deuce and his wife. Except Deuce and what's-her-face were actually crazy. I couldn't tell if their bickering was truthful, an act or something in between. I'd be interested in hearing from these guests again, but on separate episodes. Their machine gun-like dynamic, talking over each other and back-biting were too much for me to handle. At about 15:40-16:40, I thought a tone change was happening for the episode and I leaned in, excited to "get real" but it went back to the same schtick. *** Does anyone listen to their podcast? If so, is it generally along the same lines as what we heard them do on KATG or does it offer something different? If I want to hear that difference, is there a particular episode I should listen to? |
