Her personal affront to Christian law in her own marriages aside, how many Muslims, Jews, Atheists, Buddhists, Christian sinners, etc. did she issue marriage licenses to even though they are all going to Hell according to her religion, but she's drawing the line at same sex marriages.

She's just a bigot. Actually, she's not a bigot because gay isn't an opinion. She's just an outright homophobe and her actions have proven it.

Kim Davis' actions are unscriptural. Mark 12:17 lets her safely issue state licenses.

so, the Romans felt like tricking Jesus. they rolled up and were like, "hey! you think your Jews should pay taxes, bruh?" thinking he'd object and they could arrest him and take him to the governor. not only did he not object, he picked up a coin with Caesar's face on it and was like "you see this fucking coin? it has caesar's fucking face on it, not God's. give that shit to the state that belongs to the state."

state marriage licenses have the state seals on them. they belong to the state. Kim Davis would be following Christ more closely by issuing licenses than being a cunt. i'm surprised the Pope tip toed around some pretty clear actions made by the J man himself. it would have been a more correct, supportive position than the weak ass vagary he chose.

I love Paul Gilmartin.

I especially love his ability to describe what it's like to live with a mother who wasn't a good person.

When he said that the outside world never got to see the real situation and because of that it made him think whether he was exaggerating or making up the abuse, is exactly what I struggled with for much of my life.

Thanks Paul and Chemda. It's makes it more tolerable when you realize you aren't alone.
