I dont like the term "serioso" very much, sounds like mafioso, and who wants to sleep with one of those?
But I know what you guys mean about "girlfriend" and "boyfriend" not saying enough. My woman and I
are registered as Domestic Partners here in the nyc. Sometimes we call it being homomarried. It's kind
of sad for homosexuals who want to be married, but domestic partnership works for us...
If you guys are concerned about being able to visit each other in the hospital or something like
that, you can do a health affidavit that gives you health care decision power over each other.
You can also give each other power of attorney so you could take care of other things where they
say one of you has to show up in person (maybe).
