Howza 'bout this, circumcised or uncircumcised? I'm not on the Newsy tip here, I'm just tryin' to get inside your parents head. I mean on one hand, (pardon the expression) I might think (as a parent) you had enough parts missing, and leave you with a turtle neck. But I might also consider that "cut" it would be easier to keep clean.
If you are circumcised, was it at birth or did you have it done later?
