after you submit your podcast you should have gotten an email from apple with your subcription link. Then you just find a "subscribe to itunes icon" and upload it to your server and combine it to your link. I got my subscription button from KATG's site. if you need a more thorough explanation just reply here or send me a pm and I'll go over it step by step with you
