A week or two ago I downloaded Stanza for my iPhone. It's a free ebook reader and I'm in love. I just finished my first ebook- a Robert Silverberg novel.
I will admit that at first I was skeptical, but it's surprisingly easy to read, and you can customize colors and fonts to your preference.
Also, there are a shit ton of free ebooks at websites like feeddbooks.com and Project Gutenberg (gutenberg.org).
