I've been using Dropbox for about 6 months now. Online storage that automatically syncs multiple computers. What's in my home machine Dropbox is automatically in my office machine Dropbox. Very easy, very slick. It's free for 2gb of storage, subscription for more.

And I finally got sick of trying to remember so many passwords, so now I'm using Keepass, a free password manager.
