isnt that the aircraft from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Season 2: Ep 13, "Earthlings Welcome Here"
about 41:45 in. its very similar. I will go out on a limb here and say Terminator is really a documentary, a historical document, much like galaxy quest, and thats an early version of some HK from skynet, sent from the future with blatant star wars writing on it.
