It didnt work for me and she's back on the wagon. The only people i know who've been able to really quit (and by that i mean stopping smoking completely and for a long period) are people who felt that they needed to do it and needed some sort of mental crutch (the book helps that way) or had some health issue that made them quit (Including the amazing "i woke up one morning and coughed out blood". I've beeen trying to quit for a while but nothing seems to work. Bummer.
it's worked for me for two weeks. Two weeks of not smoking is better than none
