Half a billion dollar gamble, the future of 3D cinema, I wouldn't take risks with breaking new ground in storytelling, either(we all saw how movies like No Country for Old Men get reviewed by the public).

Let's all be honest, the story was good, really good. Finely crafted, honed, sharpened by the story having been told several times before with great success. We've all seen it before, at least if we are over our twenties.

There's nothing wrong with that.

But holy crap, imagine you had never seen Pocahontas or Dances with Wolves, imagine you are twelve again, not bitter about film, and this is one of your earliest cinema experiences!

How do you NOT crap your pants seeing it and how do you NOT laugh when your old fogey Dad tries to tell you how great Lethal Weapon was!
