the crystaly-powdery looking stuff. when i say hit i mean an amount the size of a finger tip...lick the tip of your finger, dip it into the stuff and then into the mouth it goes. last time i rubbed it on my gums, but I thoroughly regret that. I had a sore mouth for days afterwards. i'll probably just try to swallow it after letting it sit on my tongue a little bit.
