I couldn't. I tried and I just couldn't. Even p90x was a little too ~insane~ for me. I'm more of a self guided exerciser.
However, I am going to try and get into the ab ripper. My lower tummy is my only real problem area right now and I fear I will always have "the pooch". I know it's probably one of the hardest if not the hardest area for girls to really flatten but I'll be in a swimsuit soon soon so it needs to happen.
If only my diet consisted on less bread, salt, and fat. That would probably make it easier
