ive been a weightlifter for quite a few years now but recently hurt my shoulder. after physical therapy i decided i was big enough and wanted to work on flexibilty. I've been taking king fu for about three weeks and i love the hell out of it. about half the class is conditioning. I also think being instructed rather than developing your own routine lets you put a more effort into the exercise
