interesting observation...

I would think it is a passive aggressive move on her behave if she plucked or brushed herself disdainfully /accusingly as if you had deposited the debris on her on purpose and she couldn't wait to get it off of her. Otherwise it was an unconscious act of primping and preening out of boredom. If you are uncomfortable with it, I suggest plucking and brushing the debris off disdainfully in her direction...she'll get the message.
