I am really skeptical about the neck brace story mainly because...why the fuck was the teacher putting his/her hands on the student? Nowadays there are so many policies explicitly dictating what teachers can and cannot do in terms of disciplining children, forcing anyone to put something on that would restrict breathing...MULTIPLE times, without the school taking any kind of action, sounds fishy.
Plus, if my child was being treated like that, being forced to slowly fucking suffocate, I would throw a fucking fit and you better believe that I would be doing more than just fucking emailing about it.
Maybe the parents did think that the boy was better off dead, but allowing your child to slowly suffocate is really god damned horrendous.
