I had to look up Procol Harum 'Conquistador'. That was pretty badass. Which part did you learn?

Kubicki is way over my price range. I've stuck with Warwick basses and SWR amps. Gets me by. I've had my 5-string Dolphin forever. I dig it. I love Takamine. I used have a nylon takamine and a steel Guild.

There is a contra bass bugle? How would a bugle hit such a lower range?

I took a break for about 7 years (marriage). It felt good to get back into it(not the marriage). You should play around, man (again... not the marriage). Try an open mic or something.
