I went out for dinner tonight with 8 of my friends and I mentioned your leech 'dream'.
Short story shorter, out of the 9 of us, 6 (myself included) have decided we want to try leeches (not in our bums though), so now we're trying to see if we can source them from a medical supply place.
We're going to have races to see whose leeches engorge themselves the fastest
