scum, for your amusement, this is what the weatherman said for tonights forecast "it will be a muggy and unusally warm night with a low of only 19c"

Ok, i am trying to figure out what my vacation drink should be...

Coconut, Basil, & Lime Swizzle
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
2 oz. coconut water
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
0.25 oz. simple syrup
1 fresh basil
1. In an ice-filled shaker add all the ingredients.
2. Shake well and strain into an
ice-filled highball glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel,
basil leaf, and a sugarcane swizzle stick (optional).
Bikini Martini
1 fluid ounce coconut rum 3/4 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice 1 dash grenadine syrup

Puerto Rican Coquito
1/2 cup water
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup dark rum
2 (15 ounce) cans coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Pour the water, milk, rum, and coconut milk into a blender. Add the cinnamon and salt. Blend until well combined, then refrigerat
for at least one hour, or until ready to serve.

Cherry Bomb
4 fluid ounces rum
1 liter lime soda
4 fluid ounces grenadine syrup 1 lime, juiced
1 lime, sliced
4 maraschino cherries
In a mixing glass combine rum,
lime soda, grenadine and lime juice. Mix well and pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slices and cherries.

Pirates last Call
4 maraschino cherries
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger rum (dark or light)
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup cherry vanilla carbonated cola
Place the cherries and sugar in the bottom of a
12 ounce glass, and mash with a spoon or muddler. Add the rum and ice. Pour in the soda, stir, and serve.

Dave Matthew’s
1 fluid ounce coconut-flavored rum 1 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur
1/4 fluid ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1/2 fluid ounce cranberry juice
Pour the rum, amaretto, lime juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice into a tall glass with ice; stir.

Mojito
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon white sugar
5 mint leaves
ice cubes
2 fluid ounces white rum 4 fluid ounces soda water 1 lime wedge
Muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves together in the bottom of a cocktail glass until the mint has broken down a bit, about 1 minute. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the rum and soda water over the ice. Pour the mixture back and forth from from the glass to another glass to mix. Garnish with the lime wedge and enjoy.

Fireman’s Sour
4 fluid ounces rum
3 fluid ounces lime juice
1 fluid ounce grenadine syrup 1 fluid ounce simple syrup
Pour the rum, lime juice, grenadine,
and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into clean test tubes or shot glasses to serve.

Coconut Cream Pie martini
1 fluid ounce coconut-flavored rum 1 fluid ounce vanilla schnapps
3 fluid ounces half-and-half cream
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour rum, vanilla schnapps, and cream over the ice. Cover, shake, and strain martini
into a cocktail glass.
