There can never be choice for a child, (even when they've become of age) because of the grooming aspect. You don't become a father to groom a potential sex partner. You become a father for dumb shit like not pulling out or being responsible and planning a family.
Either way, the duties of a father are clear. Not fucking your kid should be a no brainer.
