There are foster parents who adopt children for sexual slavery. We understand that this is wrong. Do you fine them or jail them? How is grooming children for sexual partners, (literally manipulating them as a minor) any different?
Sparrow, I've seen you make some great arguments before on this forum. I just don't think the "Prison for Profit system" extends to this one.
This is why pot needs to be legalized. People know it's not as harmful as beer. They also know that we are profiting on drug users via penal system. It confuses people.
I honestly believe Sparrow is not only wrong when it comes to incest; I think she's doing pot legalization a huge disservice by comparing the two. I don't think she's dumb. I think she's stoned and over-reaching.
