Someone who was there would have to go to the authorities and file charges for the government to even know that a law was broken. Unless people are under surveillance or out in public, that's not going to happen. Right?

This seems like another one of those laws that never gets enforced. (Anniston, Alabama: If a woman loses a game of pool, it is illegal for her to settle her tab with sex.)

Even if it was enforced somehow, it wouldn't hold up when challenged.
